Course For New Affiliate Brokers Offered Every Month In The Classroom
Beginning January 1, 2005 all candidates for an Affiliate
Broker License will be required to complete the Course For New Affiliates
before the Affiliate Broker License is awarded. This course is packed with the knowledge and skills you’ll use
starting your successful real estate career.
CLI offers convenient day, evening and weekend classes to accommodate
your busy schedule. A home-study course

Appraisers Must Complete National
USPAP Course Each Renewal Period
Each appraisal licensee and certificate holder must complete
the seven (7) hour National USPAP Course as a part of the (28) hours of
continuing education required during each licensee or certificate holder’s
respective renewal cycle. All must take
this course by December 31, 2005 regardless of license expiration date. CLI offers both the (15) hour and (7) hour
National USPAP Courses, as well as, many other interesting and informative
courses to assist licensed appraisers and those seeking a license. Call us for more information.
Affiliate Broker And Broker
Examinations Now Administered By PSI
The Tennessee Real Estate Commission has contracted with PSI
Examination Services to administer the Affiliate Broker and Broker licensing
exams. PSI provides examinations
through a network of computer examination centers throughout Tennessee. The Nashville testing center is located at
1101 Kermit Drive, Suite 630 in The Oaks office park. Reservations may be made by phone, fax, mail and online. Speak with a CLI career counselor for
assistance.
New Requirement For Broker
Continuing Education
A recent law requires Brokers licensed on or after January
1, 2005 to complete 16 hours of continuing education during all licensing
periods after the three years allotted to complete the additional 120
hours of post broker education. CLI has
a variety of courses to assist Brokers in meeting post broker education requirements. Call us today!
